For a typical UV run it plays around moderate difficulty thanks to strong weapon access (including plasma and BFG) and solid ammo/health, though the lost-soul density can get hectic. Progression uses all three skull keys and includes teleports, suggesting a key-hunt flow with some back-and-forth.",
