Combat leans hitscanner-heavy (many zombiemen and shotgunners plus several chaingunners), backed by mid-tier threats like revenants and a lone arch-vile, with a few heavier monsters for punctuation. For a typical UV run it plays as a moderate challenge with solid weapon access (SSG, rockets, and a plasma rifle) and generally comfortable ammo and health, encouraging steady room-to-room clearing rather than survival scarcity.",
