It is\nthe third level from DT3, but is presented here as a straight\nforward Doom2 level.\n\nThis is primarily a 1 player level, but it supports co-op and\ndeathmatch too.\n\nAs with most of my levels, 90% of this was designed back in '95.\nAlso, as with most of my levels, i designed it late at night,\nsitting in room in which the only illumination was a table lamp\npositioned behind my monitor. What this means is that this level\nlooks great when played in a dark room, but if you have any light\nfalling on your monitor screen you're probably not gonna be able to\nsee much (so you may have to use gamma correction - F11). If you\nplay in GL mode you'll be fine, the levels don't seem so dark for\nsome reason.\n\n'One step away from a Vis Plane Overflow......'\n\nIn some sections of this level the architectural detail is quite\nhigh. I've had to redesign certain sections to avoid a vis plane\noverflow, so you shouldn't suffer from this. If however you do get\nan overflow , please email me and let me know where\nin the map you were when it occured. But i'd be really surprised\nif anyone does get an overflow...i think i've eliminated all the\nproblem areas (fingers crossed).\n\nBecause of the level of detail the framerate tends to drop slightly\non slow machines. I've tried it on a P100 and at some points in the\nlevel it does drop a bit. It seems fine on a P233mmx though, so\nmodern PCs (PII or PIII whatever) should have no problem.\n\nNew graphics included are mainly wall textures modified from\nexisting ones in Doom2. There is also a metallic status bar,\nthis was taken from the original Blastem level, but has been\nmodified to be used in Doom2.\n\nMusic is included, it's from Doom E1M5.\n\n-Russell Pearson (21st October 2000)\n\nemail: rddp@duellist.net"
