Combat builds gradually and leans hitscanner-heavy (lots of zombies and shotgunners) with a handful of mid-tiers and a single arch-vile to keep you moving. For a typical UV run it plays around moderate difficulty, helped by plentiful weapons (including SSG, RL, and plasma) and solid health. Progression is mostly straightforward with some teleport-driven movement rather than a key hunt.",
