Combat is busy and often hitscanner-driven (lots of shotgunners and chaingunners) backed by swarms of lost souls and a notable number of barons/hell knights. Progression leans on all three skull keys plus teleports and switch hunting, with enough ammo and health to keep pushing but plenty of opportunities to get shredded if you rush. Overall difficulty for UV is moderate, trending hard in open or trap-prone areas due to sustained hitscanner pressure.",
