Combat is monster-heavy and strongly hitscanner-driven, backed by plenty of imps and floating threats, and it culminates in a cyberdemon encounter. For a typical UV run it plays hard but well-supplied, with lots of ammo and healing plus high-end weapons (including plasma and BFG).
