Combat is light and mostly low-tier, with lots of hitscanners (zombiemen and shotgunners) backed by a handful of imps and a couple of demons/spectres. On UV it should play easy overall, with plenty of health/bonuses but fairly limited ammo variety (mostly bullets and shells).
