Combat is fairly light but skewed toward hitscanners (zombiemen and shotgunners) with a few imps and floating threats, making positioning more important than raw firepower. For a typical UV run it should land around moderate difficulty thanks to strong pickups (soulsphere/megasphere, multiple weapons) and a modest monster count. Progression is straightforward with a yellow skull key and some teleport-driven movement, and the layout is designed to keep players from rushing the exit in multiplayer.",
