Combat ramps up steadily into a monster-heavy mix with lots of hitscanners plus several high-tier threats, including multiple bosses. For a typical UV run it plays hard: health is fairly generous (including a megasphere), but ammo efficiency matters with many rockets and shells to manage. Progression uses all three keys and some teleport-driven encounters, with a strong emphasis on secret-hunting (including a secret exit).",
