You carefully open the door to the command\ncenter and see the dead corpses of scientist next to a group and imps and\nzombiemen. The army of hell came to earth! Luckily you had some practice in\nmonster bashing on Mars and in Hell. After clearing the spaceport you find a\nmessage left on one of the control monitors asking you to find the Sky Oracle.\nWhat the hell is the Sky Oracle? You make a detour to the storage area of the\nspaceport and equip yourself with some heavy weapons and tons of ammo. You\nsuddenly feel so light and after doing a few steps you realize that you can\nactually fly in this strange realm. You explore the other building on the\nother plains and finally discover the castle of the Sky Oracle, but just to\nlearn that even this place has been overrun by hell spawns. It's\nstill in the middle of the night and down below in the pit you hear the\nscreams and grunts of more hell spawns.\n\n=============================================================================\n* Play Information *\n\nEpisode and Level # : MAP10 - Sewers\nNumber of Secrets : 24\nRemarks : The largest map I've ever build. Also the first map\n where I used light and shadows and added tons of\n details to each room, like furniture, damaged\n walls, detailled architecture to give the map the\n feeling of a real city.\n\n* Construction *\n\nYear : 1999\nBuild Time : 10 days\nEditors used : DETH 3.0, ZenNode 0.95b\nKnown Bugs : DOOM 2 v1.666 crashes when attempting to save the\n game due to the big map size; however if you don't\n die you can finish the map without problems.\n\n* Description *\n\nYou exit the pit by following the poisoned river again which leads you to the\nsewers of a nearby city. At the first opportunity you climb up a small stairs\nand when exiting the sewers you get blinded by the glare of the first sun\nlight in the morning. You just have enough time to notice that you're\nsomewhere in the suburbs of a megacity before you get attacked by monsters\ncrawling out of every single building. You retreat back to the sewers and try\nanother exit. After several hours in the toxic sewers of the city, you\nrealize that the whole city has been overrun by the army of hell.\n\n=============================================================================\n* Play Information *\n\nEpisode and Level # : MAP11 - Nuclear Plant\nNumber of Secrets : 9\nRemarks : The end of a very very long poisoned river.\n\n* Construction *\n\nYear : 1996\nBuild Time : 2 days\nEditors used : DETH 3.0, ZenNode 0.95b\nKnown Bugs : None\n\n* Description *\n\nThe toxic river flows into a poisoned lake with a military base it its middle\nand a nuclear plant next to it. You weren't even able to wonder why the\npolluted water ends at the nuclear plant instead of having its origin here,\nwhen a salvo of imp fireballs shots at you. You carefully explore the sleeping city and quickly\nfind out that you're the only human being here. When you come\nback to the surface, you see that it's already early morning and sun has just\nrisen. This make you feel confident that you're still on earth. After killing more and more monsters you finally find a breach\nin the wall of a side building which unveils a dark tunnel going down deep\nbelow the earth.\n\n=============================================================================\n* Play Information *\n\nEpisode and Level # : MAP21 - Nirvana\nNumber of Secrets : 7\nRemarks : Welcome to Hell!\n\n* Construction *\n\nYear : 2013\nBuild Time : 2 days\nEditors used : Doom Builder 2.1.0, XWE 1.16\nKnown Bugs : None\n\n* Description *\n\nThe tunnel is going deeper and deeper, crossing small and large chasms with\nbubbling lava on their ground. Suddenly the tunnel ends and you're outside\nagain, standing at the edge of a lake of lava under a surreal red sky. You\nsee some small stone buildings on large rocks in the middle of the lake. You assume that you're already deep below the lava lake when the\nstairs end at the entrance to catacombs. You explore the first corridors and\nrealize that the catacombs get wider and wider. You haven't even seen such\nwide catacombs on Mars. There are hundreds and thousands of grave-chambers.\nWhen you come closer to the tombs, the deads raise and start attacking you.\nYou fight your way from one chamber to the next till you finally got lost in\nthe dark. You're close to giving up - lost in the dark labyrinth, surrounded\nby undead. But then you find a teleporter somewhere on the third sublevel\ntransporting you away from this scary place.\n\n=============================================================================\n* Play Information *\n\nEpisode and Level # : MAP23 - Barrels o' Fun\nNumber of Secrets : 8\nRemarks : Boooom!\n\n* Construction *\n\nYear : 1996\nBuild Time : 1 day\nEditors used : DETH 3.0, ZenNode 0.95b\nKnown Bugs : None\n\n* Description *\n\nThe teleportation ends in a cage surrounded by explosives. You free yourself\nfrom the cage and run as fast as you can, hearing hundreds of detonations\nbehind you. The blast of the last detonation throws you into another room\nfilled with explosives. So you pull yourself together and run again. You run\nfrom one room to the next and flee from one explosion to the next. Now you're sure that you're in hell!\nYou just stepped into the red liquid when you see the first squadron of\ncacodemons and painelements at the sky. And you can already hear the\ndistant noise of monsters somewhere in the dark. All buildings are\nseveral 100 feet high. But even stranger is that the entire pit is fill\nknee-deep with green toxic water. You jump into the water and run to the\nentrance of the first side building. Then you hear the screams of 1000 hell\nspawns and when watching up, you see a wave of cacodemons dropping from the\nroof of the great temple. You fight your way from one building to the next,\nbut you can't find a way to enter the temple, because it got no entrance on\nground level and the elevators in the side buildings seem to be dead and the\nstairs are blocked. After killing hundreds of monsters, you find a switch\nlabelled \"Danger - Do not press\". You understand this as an invitation to\npress it. You hear bubbling noise from outside and the surface of the toxic\nwater is quickly raising. 10 feet below the temple roof it stops raising. You\ngrab a radiation shielding suit and swim to the other buildings which you can\nnow enter by their balconies. Suddenly you're\nsurrounded by the undead soldiers of hell. You just escaped being killed, but\nonly to face an even bigger manace. Hell is mobilizing its last large army,\nled by its greatest and deadliest commanders. You can't remember how long the\nbattle took, but finally you killed the last cyberdemon and the last spider\nmastermind. You follow the underground path which ends at a bubbling river of\nlava. With the help of an artifact you cross the river unharmed and reach a\ndark castle in a great cave. The castle is inhabited by barons of hell, and\nyou know that you'll soon face the lord of hell himself! In the throne room\nthe cyberdemon lord is waiting for you. You think \"Well, just another little\ncyberdemon. No challenge for someone who killed hundreds of them ...\" But\nthis one turns out to be a mighty wizard and his magic tricks almost ended\nyour battle for earth. The demonlord is hunting you through the dark\ncorridors of his castle. But in the end, you're the guy with the bigger gun.\nYou stand at his smoky remains when you hear a hellish laugh. This tells you,\nit's not yet over. So you explore the castle and find a secret exit. The cave\nbehind the castle has burning walls and there are dead people all over.\nYou've reached the inmost chamber of hell!
