You have been told by Earth officials that they have located a patch of alien resistance in a huge cave which used to be a volcano and that the aliens have a top secret base inside the cave. You will be teleported inside the base, once inside you have been ordered to infiltrate the area and eliminate all the spawn you can, and hopefully finding and rescuing most of Marine hostages. If you can't, you have been ordered to terminate them. Earth officals warn you that some of the humans sided with the aliens during their takeover, and there MIGHT still be some around.",

"description": "This WAD contains a single Doom II map set in a large cave environment with alien and former marine enemies, featuring modified monsters and unique traps near the exit. The difficulty is moderate to challenging due to puzzle elements and tough monster encounters, including some altered enemy behaviors. Resources appear balanced with a focus on tactical combat rather than swarms or boss fights. The theme is primarily cave-based with some alien tech influences, using modified Doom II textures and sprites. Progression is linear with key objectives and teleportation within the base. It requires Doom II v1.9 and a source port capable of loading DeHackEd patches, making it compatible with Boom and similar ports but not vanilla Doom without patching.",

For example: dehacked -load tsc2.deh\n\nb) add the extra sprite graphics to tsc2.wad using a program such as:\n DeuSF, WinTex, NWT, etc. For example: deusf -as tsc2.wad\n\nc) once patched, play the game with: doomhack -file tsc2.wad\n\nUse with a Doom Source Port\n---------------------------\n\nA better option is to use a Source Port that can import DeHackEd\npatches and pwads containing sprite graphics; such as: Boom, PrBoom,\nMBF, SMMU, PrjDoom, ZDoom, Legacy, glBoom, ZDoomGL, etc. Patching is\nnot required with these ports, just use the files as-is. The following\nexample will work with all of these source ports (except ZDoomGL):\n boom -deh tsc2.deh -file tsc2.wad\n\nZDoomGL requires a more complex command line which is hardware\nspecific - see the ZDoomGL documentation for more information.\n\nThe original text file follows:\n\n================================================================\nTitle : The Spawns Cave\nFilename : TSC.WAD\nAuthor : Nathan Iyer\nEmail Address : Martak@ix.netcom.com\nMISC.
