Combat is monster-heavy and varied, with lots of Lost Souls and Spectres backed by a solid hitscanner presence plus several high-tier threats (including a Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind). For UV, difficulty trends hard but well-supplied, with plentiful rockets/cells and abundant healing and powerups to sustain extended fights. Progression feels like an exploratory key hunt through big rooms and corridors rather than a straight line.",
