Combat is dense and varied, with heavy hitscanner presence backed by large numbers of imps and floating monsters, plus a few high-tier threats including arch-viles and a cyberdemon. On UV it plays hard but gives you the full arsenal (including BFG) and plenty of ammo and healing if you can push forward. Progression uses all three keys and some teleports, leaning toward a fight-to-the-finish gauntlet rather than exploration.",
