It's style is similar to the\nearlier Doom 2 maps, especially Map03 (The Gauntlet), which\ninfluenced me very much. I thought that Doom 2 would have a\nwaterfall texture, but later I realized that it doesn't. But\nat that time I had already built the river and waterfall, so\nI needed to insert a waterfall texture into the wad. I got it\nfrom Pablo Dictter, who himself got it from Memento Mori, I\nthink.\n\nThis map is rather small and should be quite easy for most\npeople. There are some strategic places though. You will\nmainly encounter weak enemies up to the Revenant. The map\nis too small and cramped to allow larger enemies. Also, placing\ntougher enemies would destroy the episode 1 Doom 2 map feel.\n\nOne funny (or cool) thing: When you run away in fear from the\nDemons in the upper room after you picked up the red key, they\nwill follow you down the lift!
