Combat is steady and varied, leaning on hitscanners (shotgunners and chaingunners) backed by a large imp population and several mid-tiers, with a single cyberdemon and baron as major threats. For a typical UV run it plays around moderate difficulty thanks to plentiful weapons and ammo (SSG, RL, plasma) plus solid health and multiple radsuits. Progression uses blue and yellow keys and includes teleports, suggesting a somewhat interconnected layout rather than a straight corridor crawl.",
