Combat is busy and hitscanner-forward (lots of zombiemen and shotgunners) backed by a spread of mid-tiers, with a Spider Mastermind appearing as a boss threat. Progression uses all three skull keys and includes teleports, giving it a trap-and-transition feel rather than a straight corridor run. For a typical UV playthrough it lands around moderate difficulty, with broad weapon access (including plasma and BFG) and plenty of health/ammo to recover from ambushes.",
