Combat leans heavily on hitscanners (many zombiemen and shotgun guys) backed by a moderate amount of imps and a few higher threats like cacodemons and several barons. For a typical UV run it plays around moderate difficulty thanks to plentiful medikits and solid weapon access (chaingun, rocket launcher, plasma), though crossfire can be punishing. Progression uses all three keys and includes teleports, suggesting a somewhat twisty, trap-prone key hunt rather than a straight line.",
