"description": "Rising Blood is a single-map WAD featuring a remake of an early level by Chris Hansen. The map emphasizes a balanced mix of action and puzzle-solving, with moderate backtracking and teleport usage to access keys and switches. The combat is designed around a moderate difficulty level, supported by a custom texture pack that lends an industrial and techbase aesthetic. Resource distribution aims to support steady progression without excessive scarcity. The level is compatible with DOOM2 and runs on ZDOOM, focusing on a linear but engaging exploration experience.",

Being the soldier of a\n\t\t\t big corporation, probably more like an evil industrial\n\t\t\t empire, you’re one among thousands. Thoughtless,\n\t\t\t unimportant and most of all just a tool. Your job\n\t\t\t is to scout newly discovered worlds and perform\n\t\t\t certain, let’s just call them, violent and messy\n\t\t\t reconnaissance missions to determine the presence\n\t\t\t of valuable artifacts and resources. It’s actually\n\t\t\t quite simple: They find these new worlds, send you\n\t\t\t in to clean up the place and when you’re done, they\n\t\t\t send in a team of scientists and other personal.\n\t\t\t All in the name of sweet, sweet profit. If you die,\n\t\t \t they send in another to replace you. If you live,\n\t\t\t you get sent to a new place. That’s your purpose\n\t\t\t in life and luckily for you, you’re getting\n\t\t\t increasingly efficient at it.\n\n==========================================================================\n\nDescription\t\t: This is a remake of one of my really early levels.\n\t\t\t I always considdered it as my first really good\n\t\t\t level and I felt that it needed a revival.\n\n\t\t\t This level uses a texture pack by Chris Buecheler\n\t\t\t which I used on my Flay The Obscene Episode 4.\n\t\t\t It's full name is \"CWB Texture Pack 5 for Doom2\".\n\t\t\t I have included this wad file so be sure to\n\t\t\t load it too!\n\n\t\t\t The level itself forces the player to use some\n\t\t\t teleports in one main area to reach other areas\n\t\t\t to find switches and keys. You will backtrack\n\t\t\t to some extent, but I have tried to not make it\n\t\t\t too tideous. The level was intented to be a good\n\t\t\t mix of action and puzzles wrapped up in good\n\t\t\t looks! :)\n\n==========================================================================\n\nAdditional Credits to : Chris Buecheler for the textures used.\n\t\t\t Tormentor667 for zDoom editing advice.\n\t\t\t Lamneth, Graf Zahl, Vermil and Searcher\n\t\t\t for help at the DW forums.\n\t\t\t Testers: Kristian Aro, yomoneyboat\n\t\t\t Maker of the ambient sound used!\n\n===========================================================================\n\n* Play Information *\n\nEpisode and Level # : gzDoom/zDoom Doom 2 map01\nSingle Player : Yes\nCooperative 2-4 Player : Yes (untested)\nDeathmatch 2-4 Player : No\nDifficulty Settings : Yes\nNew Sounds : Yes\nNew Music : No\nNew Graphics : Yes\nDemos Replaced : No\n\n* Construction *\n\nBase : Remake of one of my old levels.\nBuild Time : 3 months\nEditor(s) used : Doom Builder 1.53\n\t\t\t XWE 1.14\nKnown Bugs : None, hopefully.
