Combat leans strongly toward hitscanners (many zombiemen and shotgunners) backed by a moderate number of imps and a few demons/spectres, so positioning and cover matter. For UV it plays around moderate difficulty thanks to very strong resources (multiple armors, soulspheres, backpack, and even plasma/BFG with ample cells). Progression uses blue and red keys with some teleport-driven movement rather than a purely straight corridor run.",
